By accessing and using the Theliberationlibrary platform, you agree to the terms and conditions described herein. This agreement governs the relationship between the company and its corporate clients in Argentina.

1. Purpose of the Service

Theliberationlibrary provides a document management and corporate file system based on B2B software. The service includes OCR digitization, file encryption, cloud storage, and regulatory compliance tools for audits. Legal consulting or accounting advisory services are not included.

2. User Obligations

The client agrees to use the platform exclusively for legitimate commercial purposes, respecting the data protection laws in force in Argentina. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials and for immediately notifying any unauthorized use. Reverse engineering, copying, or redistributing the software without express authorization is not permitted.

3. Limitation of Liability

Theliberationlibrary shall not be liable for indirect damages, data loss, or service interruption resulting from force majeure events, cyber attacks, or scheduled maintenance. The platform is provided "as is," without implied warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. The client acknowledges that OCR accuracy depends on the quality of the original documents.

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to the software, interface, and technical documentation belong to Theliberationlibrary. The client acquires a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for use during the term of the contract. Documents digitized by the client remain their property.

5. Term and Termination

This agreement takes effect upon contracting and remains in force as long as the client maintains an active subscription. Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' notice. In the event of a material breach, Theliberationlibrary may suspend access immediately without the right to a refund.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be notified by email at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the modification implies acceptance of the new terms.
